1. What should I expect during a hypnotherapy session if I've never experienced hypnosis before?

Your private hypnotherapy session will be a gentle, guided relaxation experience where you remain aware while accessing a deeper state of focused attention. You'll be comfortably in control throughout. The hypnotherapist will help you access your unconscious mind to explore patterns in your love or dating life.

Most first-timers describe the experience as similar to being absorbed in a daydream or a guided meditation — relaxed yet mentally engaged. The session typically begins with relaxation techniques, followed by therapeutic suggestions tailored to your needs, and concludes with a gentle return to full alertness.

3. What Should I Pack?

For our themed parties, you will receive an email with instructions on what to wear once your booking is confirmed.

Practical Essentials

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Comfortable walking shoes for forest trails & outdoor activities

  • Swimwear for spa facilities

  • A small backpack for day excursions

  • Any personal medications and toiletries

4. How should I approach the themed parties? What if I feel uncomfortable with costumes, or specific themes?

Our themed parties are designed to be enjoyable catalysts for connection and creative expression and you're welcome to interpret each theme as elaborately, or as simply as you wish.

For those who prefer subtlety, minimal symbolic elements work perfectly well. Where possible, we can recommend local costume rental options for those who feel inspired to go more theatrical.

If you're uncomfortable with any theme, our retreat staff can suggest elegant alternatives that honour your comfort level while still allowing full participation. The focus is on the fun and connections these events create, not the perfection of your costume. Many participants find that stepping slightly outside their comfort zone in this supportive environment leads to unexpected insights and connections.

5. What happens if I experience an emotional breakthrough or difficult feelings during the retreat? What support is available?

Emotional breakthroughs are natural and valued aspects of the retreat experience. We've created several support structures to ensure you feel safe during these moments:

  • The daily schedule includes intentional reflection time to process experiences

If you experience intense emotions, you're welcome to take personal space when needed or request additional support. 6. How can I maintain the insights & connections from the retreat once I return to everyday life?

The retreat includes specific integration tools to help sustain your experience:

7. What's Your Policy on Payments and Cancellations?

We require a 50% deposit when booking a retreat, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your start date.

For cancellations made 30+ days before your retreat, we offer a 100% refund;

15-29 days before, a 50% refund;

and less than 15 days before, no refund is provided.

Rescheduling is free with 30+ days' notice, but administrative fees apply for later changes.

During our retreats, we strictly prohibit the use of mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic devices during sessions, workshops, and parties to ensure everyone's privacy and to create an environment where participants can fully express themselves without concern about being photographed or recorded. 9. How flexible is the retreat schedule? Should I expect any changes to the advertised programme?

While we carefully design each retreat programme and strive to deliver the experience exactly as advertised, the art of creating transformative retreats sometimes involves thoughtful adaptation.

Our published schedules represent our committed intention, but we occasionally make refinements based on:

  • The unique energy and dynamics of each participant group

  • Seasonal factors at our venues that may enhance certain activities

  • Opportunities to incorporate exceptional local experiences that become available

  • Feedback and emerging needs of participants during the retreat
