All content included on our websites and in our retreat programmes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, retreat methodologies, therapeutic frameworks, exercise structures, facilitation techniques, proprietary terminology, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Liviu Tipurita or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2. Trademark Protection

The names "Concept Retreats", "High-Concept Retreats", "Liviu Tipurita Hypnotherapy", our logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, slogans, and proprietary retreat names are trademarks of Liviu Tipurita. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

3.3. Proprietary Retreat Content

All content, methodologies, structures, processes, exercises, techniques, frameworks, curricula, programme structures and sequencing, and materials developed, used, or provided during our retreats, workshops, themed parties, or hypnotherapy sessions (collectively "Proprietary Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Liviu Tipurita and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Retreat, workshop, and themed party titles and branding

• Specific therapeutic exercises and techniques developed by Liviu Tipurita

• Specific sequencing and contextualisation of psychological experiments developed by Liviu Tipurita

• Improvisational exercises and their specific methodologies

• Exercises branded as 'mind games' and their implementation frameworks

• Mystery exercises and mystery-solving methodologies

• Hypnotherapy scripts, inductions, and therapeutic interventions (whether written, recorded, or presented digitally)

• Specific guided meditation scripts and techniques

• Handouts, workbooks, presentations, and audio/video materials

• Website content, descriptions, and programme information

• Assessment and evaluation tools, questionnaires, and feedback mechanisms

• Themed party concepts, designs, and implementation methodologies

• Any proprietary terminology, concepts, or nomenclature developed by Liviu Tipurita

• Workshop formats and facilitation methods specific to our retreats (in any format)

• Specific retreat programme sequences and structures as documented in our materials

3.4. Commercial Use Prohibition

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or use any of the Proprietary Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. This prohibition includes but is not limited to:

• Offering similar retreat, therapeutic, or coaching services

• Training others using our methodologies or techniques

• Creating content that reveals our proprietary methods

• Consulting or coaching using our specific frameworks or techniques

• Developing competing programmes or services

3.5. Trade Secret Protection

Certain aspects of our retreat methodologies and therapeutic techniques constitute trade secrets under UK and international law. Unauthorised disclosure or use of these trade secrets may result in legal action for misappropriation and damages.

4. Disclaimer for Third-Party Services

4.1. Independent Services

The third-party services offered during our retreats are provided by independent partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers. These services may include transportation, accommodation, catering, activities, tours, guides, excursions, wellness practices, fitness activities, extreme and adventure sports, animal services, or any other services not directly provided by Concept Retreats. We do not directly control, manage, or operate these services.

4.2. Partner Confidentiality Obligations

All third-party service providers who have access to our retreat content or methodologies are required to maintain strict confidentiality and may not use, adapt, or incorporate any of our Proprietary Content into their own services or disclose such content to any third parties.

4.3. No Endorsement

The inclusion of third-party services in our retreat programme does not imply any guarantee of the quality, safety, or suitability of those services. We merely facilitate the availability of these services for your convenience. It is your responsibility to assess the suitability, quality, and safety of any third-party services that you engage with during the retreat.

4.4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Concept Retreats be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of any third-party services during the retreat. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or any other losses or liabilities that may occur.

5.1. The information provided on our websites, during retreats, or in hypnotherapy sessions is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6.2. Any dispute arising under these Legal Notices or the Terms and Conditions of the websites operated and owned by Liviu Tipurita, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement claims, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
